What is Southern Star?
Southern Star is Southern Phone’s contact centre solution for government agencies. We were developed as a response to an identified need for an on-shore customer service solution that provides a quality experience to government agencies and their clients. Based in regional NSW, Southern Star operates a 110 seat contact centre that provides high quality contact centre services including after-hours call processing, emergency response, escalation and surge management.
