How Southern Phone collects, uses and holds credit information and credit eligibility information

Information about overdue payments and about serious credit infringements and information about payments or subsequent arrangements in relation to either of these

Other rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 you have the right to request that a credit reporting body such as Dun & Bradstreet not use your credit related information for the purposes of pre-screening of direct marketing by a credit provider. You also have the right to request that a credit reporting body not use or disclose credit reporting information about you if you believe on reasonable grounds that you have been or are likely to be, a victim of fraud.
