Yes, a working phone line with an active dial tone is needed for your ADSL connection.

What speed will I get with my ADSL connection?

We will provide you with the fastest speed available at your exchange. This is generally ADSL2+ (20Mbps) but may be ADSL (up to8Mpbs or up to 1.5Mbps).

What happens if nbn™ becomes available at my address?

If nbn™ is available at your address it is super easy to switch. Simply choose an nbn™ plan and contact us to make the switch. There are no additional fees to switch and we also waive any activation fee for existing customers.
